Jim Corbett Safari Bookings is a private travel assistance company and is not affiliated with, authorized by, or representing the Uttarakhand Forest Department, Corbett Tiger Reserve, Government of Uttarakhand, or any government authority.
Safari permits, forest lodge reservations, and park entry permissions are issued and regulated by the concerned authorities and remain subject to their rules, policies, and availability.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after:

Submitting an enquiry or making a payment does not automatically guarantee confirmation of a booking.
Safari Permit Cancellation Policy
Safari permits are issued as per the rules of the concerned authorities.
Once a safari permit has been confirmed and issued:

Safari permit charges are generally non-refundable.

Safari permits are generally non-transferable.

Visitor details cannot be modified after permit issuance except where permitted by the concerned authority.

Government fees and permit charges are governed by official regulations.
Any refund related to permit fees shall be subject solely to the rules of the issuing authority.
No Show
No refund will be provided if the guest:

Fails to arrive on time.

Does not report for the safari.

Fails to carry valid identification documents.

Voluntarily chooses not to participate.
Cancellation Due to Weather or Government Restrictions
Safari operations may occasionally be suspended due to:

Forest department restrictions

Government orders

Administrative decisions
In such cases:

Refunds shall be processed only if approved by the concerned authority or service provider.

Booking Failure or Non-Confirmation
If a booking cannot be confirmed due to:

Payment verification issues
The eligible amount received shall be refunded to the original payment method after deducting applicable transaction charges, if any.
Refund Processing Time

Incorrect Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information.
